Referral Policy

Evorece's Refer & Earn programme lets registered customers earn store credit (Potli) by inviting friends to shop with us. Each customer receives a unique referral code from their Refer & Earn page. By generating, copying, sharing or using a referral code, you agree to these terms.

A referral is counted when your friend enters your referral code in the cart while placing an order, and that order is successfully delivered. The referral code does not give your friend any discount. It simply tells us who referred them so we can reward you.

When a friend's referred order is delivered, you earn 10% of that order's merchandise value (the price of the items after any coupon discount, excluding shipping) as Potli store credit.

This reward is capped at ₹500 per referred order. For example, an eligible order with a merchandise value of ₹1,000 earns you ₹100; an order of ₹6,000 earns the maximum ₹500, not ₹600.

The reward is credited automatically to your Potli wallet once the order is marked delivered.

You must be a logged-in Evorece customer to generate and earn from a referral code. You cannot use your own referral code, and a code cannot be used on an account that shares your phone number (no self-referral).

A given friend can earn you a reward only once: on their first referred, delivered order. Repeat orders by the same friend using your code do not generate additional rewards.

Evorece may, at its discretion, withhold or reverse rewards that appear to result from fraud, abuse, fake accounts, self-referral, or any attempt to game the programme.

Because the reward is earned on an order your friend keeps, it is adjusted if that order does not stay with them.

If the referred order is cancelled, refused (RTO) or removed before/around delivery, the referral reward is reversed. If your friend returns items from a referred order, the reward is reduced proportionally: 10% of the returned merchandise value is clawed back, capped at what was originally credited. Exchanges do not affect the reward.

Where a reward has already been spent, the reversal is applied against your Potli wallet to the extent possible.

Referral rewards are issued as Evorece store credit (Potli) only. They are not cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. Potli credit can be redeemed against future orders subject to the wallet terms. Standard Potli rules, including any spending PIN, apply.

Evorece may change, pause or end the Refer & Earn programme, or update the reward percentage, cap and these terms, at any time without prior notice. Rewards already credited to your Potli before such a change are not affected. The version of these terms in force at the time a referral is counted applies to that referral.
