- How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customerservice@evorece.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items you wish to return, including all original packaging and documentation.
Label Your Package: Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. - Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within2-4 days. - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, size or color Email us on customerservice@evorece.com. We cannot guarantee the availability of exchanged items. - Damaged or Defective Items
